VIP Passes & Boardroom Members should arrive 9/6 and depart 9/10. You don't want to miss the Closed Door Day on 9/7!
Regular attendees (Free passes and Upgraded passes) should arrive 9/7 and depart 9/10.
All tickets to Summit must be purchased prior to August 12, 2023. No on-site ticket sales will be available. We expect to be sold out far in advance to August 12, however.

FREE General Admission includes:

UPGRADED General Admission includes:
$197 before May 31st during Early Bird (limited to first 50 who register!)
$297 from June 1st - August 12th

We offer a room block with discounted rooms. Almost all Summit attendees will be staying at the Hyatt. We do expect PLM rooms to sell out, and if they sell out, we encourage you to book at the hotel at regular rates.
Free General Admission only includes the Pre-Summit “Meet & Greet” (9/7) with light hor d'oeuvres & cash bar. All other meals will be on your own. There are delicious restaurants in the hotel and the nearby vicinity.
UPGRADED General Admission includes the Pre-Summit “Meet & Greet” (9/7) with light hor d'oeuvres & cash bar PLUS lunch on Friday and Saturday with the coaches and access to the Post-Summit Coaches Party on Saturday night, access to the VIP Lounge with light snacks and beverages and the After Hours VIP Only dinner on Saturday night.

Yes, Wi-Fi will be available to all attendees in the general session room on Friday and Saturday.

You will be prompted to include your dietary restrictions during the registration process. The hotel will accommodate all dietary restrictions.
September in Dallas is generally very warm, so if you are venturing outdoors to explore the city, pack appropriately.
We recommend business casual attire for the entire conference. Dress pants or jeans, dresses, blouses, sportcoat are welcome. Conference ballrooms tend to be chilly so please bring a blazer or sweater.
- After you register, if you are no longer able to attend in-person in Dallas, a full refund of your pre-paid registration fee will be available if you cancel by Friday, June 9, 2023, 11:59 PM CST. A partial refund of 50% of your pre-paid registration fee will be available if you cancel between Saturday, June 10, 2023 12:00 AM CST and Sunday, July 9, 2023, 11:59 PM CST.
- The deadline to request a full refund is Friday, June 9, 2023, 11:59 PM CST. Your cancellation must be received by the stated cancellation deadline and will be accepted in writing only to: [email protected].
- No shows for the event will not receive a refund or credit.
- Travel Restrictions: If due to COVID-19 travel restrictions are imposed in the state or country from which you are traveling prevents your in-person attendance, PLM will work with you to credit the registration value towards a future event or refund the full amount.
- Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel reservations.
We have limited space at Summit 2023. Students can bring 1 Guest to Summit. There is an option to "Add a Guest" on the registration page. Guest Passes are available for $97. Guests may also purchase an Upgraded Pass or a VIP Pass.
